Notice for consumers concerning the right of withdrawal from a remotely executed agreement

As a consumer, you are entitled to withdraw from an agreement executed with the Online Store within 14 days for any reason. The time limit to withdraw from the agreement expires 14 days after you or a third party identified by you, other than a carrier, come into possession of a thing. To use the right of withdrawal, you have to communicate to us your decision to withdraw from this agreement by making an explicit statement to that effect (e.g. by sending a letter by traditional mail or electronic mail).

You can find a standard form of the statement of withdrawal in Annex no. 2 to the Polish Consumer Rights Act, or you can also find it HERE. You may, but are not obliged, to use the standard form.

To observe the time limit for withdrawal from the agreement, it is enough if you send us information of your decision to use your right of withdrawal before the end of the time limit for withdrawal from the agreement.
If you decide to withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all the payments you have made, including the costs of delivery (except additional costs – if you chose a method of delivery other than the cheapest regular method of delivery offered by us) without delay, that is within and no later than 14 days after the day we receive notice that you have decided to use your right to withdraw from this agreement. We will refund your money in the same way that you made your payment to us, unless you explicitly consent to another method of refund; in either case, you will not be charged with any costs of such refund. We can withhold refund until we receive the thing or a proof that it was sent back to us, whichever takes place first.
If you received the thing, please send or deliver it back to us to the following address: YONELLE beauty concept Zwolińska Chełkowska sp. j. ul. gen. J. Zajączka 9a/24 01-518 Warszawa, without delay, in any case, within and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this agreement. This time limit is observed if you send the thing back to us within the 14-day limit. You will have to pay the immediate costs of redelivery of the thing. You are liable only for reduced value of the thing as a result of its use beyond what was necessary to determine its character, properties and functioning.
